Job description
HGS USA is now seeking Customer Service Experts for our customer experience center located in Northeast Peoria (Grand Prairie area).

You will provide support and education via telephone / chat / email to assist customers on how to use the mobile application to send and receive payments. With your training, you will become an expert in "processing mobile electronic payments"!

Education requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
Experience requirements
• 2+ years customer service experience (for example, might include call center, specialty store, technical support, product support, teaching, banking)
Skills
• Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, mobile apps.
• Self motivated for learning.
• Ability to create a positive customer service experience.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Highly effective conversation skills (do not always need a script!)
Work hours
8-hour shift scheduling
• We operate 7 days per week
• We operate from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm
• We pay weekend / evening shift differentials
